  1. Visit the Official Website of the IFHRMS Portal.
  2. On the homepage, click on the Login option from the top menu bar.
  3. Here, select User Type as Employee.
  4. Now, enter your User ID and Password.

  5. Click on the Sign In button.
  6. You will be logged into the IFHRMS Portal for Employees.

IFHRMS Pensioners Login

Not only is the portal and services available for Employees but is also available for pensioners, who were once government employees. Here is the login procedure for Pensioners on the IFHRMS Web Portal:

  1. Visit the Official Website of the IFHRMS Portal.
  2. On the homepage, click on the Login option from the top menu bar.
  3. Here, select User Type as Pensioners.
  4. Now, enter your PPO Number and Password.

  5. Click on the Sign In button.
  6. You will be logged into the IFHRMS Portal for Pensioners.

Download IFHRMS Pay Slip

The payslip of employees can be downloaded from the IFHRMS Portal once they log in. Here is the whole process of how to download IFHRMS Pay Slip from the IFHRMS Web Portal:

  1. Visit the Official Website of the IFHRMS Portal.
  2. On the homepage, click on the Login option from the top menu bar.
  3. Here, select User Type as Employee.
  4. Now, enter your User ID and Password.

  5. Click on the Sign In button.
  6. You will be logged into the IFHRMS Portal for Employees.
  7. Once logged in, click on the Reports option from the top menu bar.
  8. Now, select the month for which you want the Payslip and click on the Go button.
  9. The Payslip for the selected month will appear on the screen. You can then download it and see the Payslip.

Create E-Challan

Here is how you can Create E-Challan through the IFHRMS Web Portal:

  1. Visit the Official Website of the IFHRMS Portal.
  2. On the homepage, scroll down and click on the E-Challan Creation/Payment option under the Challan Details section on the left side of the screen.
  3. Here, you will have to enter all the required details such as Remitter Details, Period Details, Department Details, OTP Details, Service Details, and Payment Details.

  4. Once you have entered all the information, click on the Submit button.

Search E-Challan

Here is how you can Search E-Challan through the IFHRMS Web Portal:

  1. Visit the Official Website of the IFHRMS Portal.
  2. On the homepage, scroll down and click on the E-Challan Search option under the Challan Details section on the left side of the screen.
  3. Here, enter the Challan No. and Contact No. (For receiving OTP & Challan No.) and click on the Search button.
  4. The search results associated with the entered Challan No. will be displayed on the screen which contains information such as Challan No., Challan Amount, Creation Date, DDO Code, Remitter Name, and Payment Status.
